Customer Support Team Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at EQS Group. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our customer support team to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our support services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and guiding the customer support team to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our support services
  • Developing and implementing training programs for the support team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand customer needs and work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns
  • Managing and resolving escalated customer issues in a proactive manner and implementing preventive measures to enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Generating performance reports and analyzing key support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support leadership role in a SaaS B2B field
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Leadership experience with a support team and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • A strong customer orientation and empathy, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective support
