About the Role

We seek an experienced Accounts Receivable Process Manager to oversee and optimize revenue cycle operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and proven experience in managing billing processes and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process creation and automation of Billing and Collection tools, including SAP, Subscription Management System, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces, and in-house dev tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancing customer experience and streamlining Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Implement and maintain customer onboarding procedures, including customer records and structure, new customer data templates, and review contracts for billing terms and credit policies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to scale with the business, manage credit risk effectively, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Monitor and update existing customers based on upgrades, downgrades, or amendments to contracts.
  • Oversee complete Month end close journal entries, reconciliations, cash forecasts, and fluctuation analysis in the Order-to-Cash cycle.
  • Validate monthly revenue and deferred revenue from usage-based customers.

  • Proven experience in managing billing processes and revenue operations.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range is $80,000-$110,000, depending on location and experience.
