At Factorial HR, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Multifaceted Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our offices in Spain. This role requires a background understanding of administrative functions and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily administrative activities, ensuring seamless interactions with suppliers and facilities
  • Manage office needs, inventory supplies, and place orders when necessary while proposing improvements
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and suppliers, fostering effective communication
  • Coordinate office events and maintain compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies by staying informed about legal requirements and company standards
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing reports, and managing HR-related correspondence
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, with a good understanding of HR practices and office management
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is a plus
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and a proactive approach to work

About the Role:
