We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive key account execution in the FDM (Food, Drug, Mass-Merchandise) market sector and deliver top-line sales revenue for our brands in northern Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned accounts directly, ensuring our products are available to the right customers and aligning with our brand strategy.
- Implement consumer and shopper-driven strategies to achieve outstanding results for Newell Brands.
- Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and achieving specified levels of forecast accuracy.
- Day-to-day management of the promotional calendar, evaluating and course correcting, leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the management of the promotional calendar.
- Build customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed.
- Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers.
- Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full Spanish Driver's Licence.
- Fluent Spanish and advance English (written and spoken).
