About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the French market. As an Inside Sales Account Manager for SMB, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Build complex sales strategies to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objectives, and quotas are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Build forecast and pipeline on a weekly basis and provide a clear situation on current status of the client portfolio.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Business Reviews: Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an appropriate action plan.
  • Product Knowledge: Ensure that products, services, and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needs.
  • Corporate Initiatives: Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals.
  • Sales Methodology: Utilize our sleek sales methodology and processes effectively, which will support you from prospect to closure, leading you to your success and overachievement.
  • Team Collaboration: Be an active part of the SMB community, participating in meetings and sharing best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of successful Inside Sales experience is required.
  • Skills: Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills are required. Must be ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and possess sound phone skills. Good problem-solving skills, excellent organizational, and multitasking ability.
  • Language: Native/Fluent French and business English, any additional European language is a plus.
