Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our sales organization in the French Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers in the French Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the French Market
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and expansion in the French Market

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a native French speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
