Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, navigating our web platform and app, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on our SaaS solution, including its features and functionalities, to effectively communicate with customers and provide tailored support.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and concerns, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an economic program, preferably with a focus on marketing, sales, or data science.
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or data management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English (both written and oral) and basic knowledge of Spanish, with additional language skills a plus.
