About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Italian Language Support Team as a Customer Success Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a seamless and engaging experience with our EF English Live platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and onboarding new students to EF English Live, ensuring they are set up to use the platform effectively.
  • Building strong coaching relationships with customers to help them achieve their language learning goals.
  • Proactively helping customers build strong learning habits and providing regular support via our omnichannel solutions.
  • Communicating with customers to ensure they are progressing and having a great experience with EF English Live.
  • Being the customer-facing embodiment of our EF English Live brand promise to help students learn English.
  • Providing solutions to proactively avoid cancellations and investigating potential technical or teacher-related issues.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native speaker in Italian.
  • Good communication skills in English (B2).
  • An obsession with providing great customer experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to network with customers.
  • A love and energy for working with others both internally and customer-facing.
  • A focus on identifying issues and blockers and resolving those.
  • Comfortable owning issues, projects, and tasks from start to finish.
