About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the French Market. As an Inside Sales Account Manager for SMB, you will be responsible for selling Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Configure, price, and negotiate sales solutions, as well as provide proactive follow-up and product information via the telephone.
  • Stay up-to-date with Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning products and develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks, and build action plans to address them.
  • Ensure that products, services, and solutions recommended to clients meet their needs.
  • Work within corporate initiatives to reach high-performance goals.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 4-5 years of successful Inside Sales experience.
  • Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, persuasive, proactive, goal-oriented, well-articulated, and sound phone skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills, excellent organizational, and multitasking ability.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales environment.
  • Native/Fluent French and business English, with any additional European language a plus.
