We are a leading investment firm in the Forex and CFD trading market, seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in opening trading accounts and answering their queries.
- Handle welcome calls and call-back requests, as well as maintain contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide general information regarding platforms and services offered, as well as handle back-office queries.
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues, and deal with customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Graduated with a College/University degree in a related field.
- Excellent command of the English and Japanese languages, both verbal and written (C1).
- Relevant experience background in the Forex industry would be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
