Job Title: Business Development Manager Travel

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Axa Partners. As a key member of our commercial area, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in the travel sector.

About the Role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our commercial director to develop and implement commercial strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
