About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the Spanish market

  • Collaborate closely with local departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives

Market Analysis and Business Development

  • Take ownership of the development of the Spanish Retail Media Business
  • Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends, market demand, and the competitive landscape in the Spanish Retail Media market
  • Pursue new business development opportunities, including new strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Actively seek opportunities to leverage upselling and cross-selling potential with existing clients

Reporting and Forecasting

  • Track and analyze revenue targets for the Spanish market and existing clients
  • Take responsibility for the lead and sales pipeline and monitor progress towards goals
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and track client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities

Requirements

  • Successful completion of studies in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Practical experience of at least 4 years in the Retail Media or Digital Advertising industry, with a proven track record in Sales & Business Development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the advertising market in the Spanish region, including key players, market dynamics, and common digital media channels
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
