At Teleperformance Spain, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our team in Sevilla. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with high-potential advertisers, persuading them to incorporate Google Ads products into their marketing strategies, and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

  • Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating databases of customers with complete information
  • Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones
  • Recording outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
  • Ensuring customer follow-up at all times
  • Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies for our own offerings
  • Handling customer needs and requirements
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

Requirements:

  • Dutch C2 level with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals within a broader team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models
  • Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position (39 hours/week)
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona

  • Salary: 25,330€ gross/year + up to 4,470€ gross/year in bonus
