Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support by resolving complex issues related to contracts and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints.
  • Liaise with partners and stakeholders to provide direction and support for issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Native level of German and a good level of English or Spanish.
  • Previous experience in administrative or back-office work.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and autonomous working skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and proactivity.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • Valid Spanish work permit required.
