We value bright minds and inspire them to grow with their ideas. As a DevOps Support Specialist, you will join our international team in Madrid, Warsaw, or work from home up to 60% of the time.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems in the 1st and 2nd level support. You will provide hands-on support to help drive our centralized development tools services to the next level. Key responsibilities include:

  • Be part of the team in charge of the support and maintenance of our Agile Collaboration Tools services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate way and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Create documentation, inform and train customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Participate in the automation as well as the further development of our tools and services.
  • Be on-call (approximately one week per month) for responding to and troubleshooting any related issues.

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Completed professional training in the field of computer science.
  • Knowledge in at least some of the following services: Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence, Crowd) and good Unix/Linux knowledge. Also, knowledge in software development in Java and/or Python.
  • Customer focus and a team player for whom interaction with people is a passion, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative team player mindset, who proactively seeks and successfully implements good solutions.
  • Good command of written and spoken English; Spanish or German is a plus.
