Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team at Swift Financial Messaging Services. As a CSM, you will be at the forefront of proactive customer engagement, guiding customers beyond the onboarding phase to ensure they maximize the value of our products and services.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Facing: Proactively engage with customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes and foster ongoing active usage.
  2. Data-Driven Engagement: Analyze customer data to develop engagement strategies and work directly with customers to create success plans.
  3. Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with customers at the group or individual level to ensure they are aware of our products and services.
  4. Success Plans: Collaborate with customers to design and follow up on success plans.
  5. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement in customer experience.
  6. Content Development: Create training materials, playbooks, and guides under supervision.
Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Prior experience in customer success roles, professional services, or customer services is advantageous. Multilingual abilities and experience in a multi-cultural and multi-country team environment are also a plus.
