Job Title: Financial Expert, Vendor Services

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join its Vendor Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational defects, identifying root causes, and developing joint action plans to resolve critical disputes or hold situations with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial and operational defects to identify root causes and develop joint action plans to resolve critical disputes or hold situations with vendors.
  • Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to create sustainable long-term results.
  • Cooperate and build trusting relationships across job functions and levels within the vendor's organization.
  • Work on cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders related to new process creation and improvement of your work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge in MS Office programs as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in data analysis and project management.
  • Basic SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Fluency in one additional European language (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish).
