Job Title: Financial Expert, Amazon Vendor Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our Amazon Vendor Services team in Spain. As a Financial Expert, you will play a critical role in analyzing vendor financial deductions and creating comprehensive reports to share with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial and operational defects and identify root causes for financial deductions.
  • Define joint action plans to resolve critical disputes or hold situations with vendors.
  • Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to create sustainable long-term results.
  • Cooperate and build trusting relationships across job functions and levels within the vendor's organization.
  • Work on cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders to create new processes and improve existing ones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge in MS Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
About the Role:

The Amazon Vendor Services team develops programs to grow vendors on Amazon and seeks to continuously enhance its value proposition to vendors. As a Financial Expert, you will work closely with Retail stakeholders and Finance teams to audit and create more comprehensive analysis of vendor accounts, coordinate the process, and facilitate understanding of the outcomes.

You will create better vendor experiences on Amazon-wide processes relating to financial deductions, help internal and external stakeholders find agreement on how to resolve disputes, and agree on a path forward.

This role requires excellent project management skills, experience interfacing with external stakeholders, and relationship trust and influence with internal and external stakeholders.

Travel within EU may be required for this role.
