About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Amazon Vendor Services team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing vendor financial deductions, identifying root causes, and developing joint action plans to resolve critical disputes or hold situations with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational defects to identify root causes for financial deductions and develop joint action plans to resolve critical disputes or hold situations with vendors.
  • Facilitate regular progress reviews with vendors to create sustainable long-term results.
  • Build trusting relationships across job functions and levels within the vendor's organization.
  • Work on cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders to create new processes and improve existing ones.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in creating comprehensive analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge in MS Office programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data analysis and project management.
  • Basic SQL and Advanced Excel skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Fluency in one additional European language.
