At Centrient Pharmaceuticals, we are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming invoices and other obligations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute General Ledger and Sub-Administration activities related to Accounts Payable, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and guidelines.
- Check, process, and archive incoming invoices, submit for approval, and handle blocked invoices.
- Analyze and settle suspense accounts and accounts for goods and services received, invoices to be received, and accrued expenses.
- Prepare payment proposals, check payment lists for material amounts, unusual items, and blocked payments, and prepare payment lists.
- Take care of, control, and make entries of outgoing cash transactions.
Requirements:
- Senior Technician or Higher degree in Administration and Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a production or trade environment.
- Accurate and excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (B2).
- Experience in the PtP-process, accounts payable, and general ledger processes.
- Knowledge of domestic and international payments and SAP processes.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Effective in meeting strict deadlines.
