We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team at Paack Barcelona.
Responsibilities- Perform daily purchase requisitions for HQ, including miscellaneous services and back-office supplies.
- Manage vendor-related tasks, including records and payment preparation.
- Assist in the fulfilment and recording of vendor invoices, ensuring proper flow of documentation.
- Maintain direct and effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely coordination.
- Manage the purchasing area email, providing follow-up on inquiries and coordination.
- Manage spending platforms managed by the company, such as Cledara, Amazon, and Payhawk, among others.
- Provide general support to the financial team in daily administrative and accounting tasks, contributing to the fulfilment of the area's objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor management or similar areas.
- Professional English fluency.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and spend tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and organization in administrative tasks.
As a Procurement & Accounts Payable Specialist at Paack, you can expect:
