Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Marbella, Spain. As part of this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Customer Support teams to support a global client base consisting of top-tier financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • API Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of our API products and service offerings to provide exceptional support to both new trials and existing clients.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance to customers using tools such as Python, Jupyter notebooks, and SQL to resolve complex issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and provide concise answers to intricate questions, demonstrating a strong problem-solving aptitude.
Requirements:
  • Python Development: Demonstrated expertise in writing Python code, capable of efficiently developing solutions to complex problems.
  • Development Frameworks: Proficiency in working with development frameworks like Jupyter Notebooks and Streamlit.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Python-specific tooling and concepts like Pydantic and Poetry.
