About the Role

Nike is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide a premium brand experience to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Nike products, services, and company culture to effectively recommend and sell products to customers.

  • Digital Literacy: Leverage your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales, and provide in-store services that enhance the customer experience.
