About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Country Iberia. As a key member of our Schneider Electric team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Business Units in the country, ensuring operational management for IT across Country Iberia by managing the ecosystem of external vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Units to become the go-to person for all IT-related topics in the country.
  • Represent Schneider Digital in the country in front of Business Managers.
  • Establish sound relationships with functional key users and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage delivery partners for the country.
  • Drive effective support processes, coordinating external and internal support teams.
  • Operational service support for local infrastructure and local applications.
  • Manage outsourcing partners in outsourced areas.
  • Ensure the quality of support for Business.
  • Follow up on KPIs in line with SLAs and manage escalations when needed.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in computer science from a technical university or an IT specialization from a business school or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with operations and/or support in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
  • Significant experience and knowledge of systems design, application platforms, knowledge of security and communications networks, and knowledge of technical and user-related aspects of a personal computer environment.
