About the Role:

This role will be responsible for providing essential legal advice and support to our members across the Employer of Record industry on employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, up-to-date, and professional legal advice on the application of employment law.
  • Develop legal articles for bulletins and prepare FAQs aimed at educating clients and prospects on legal matters and developments.
  • Provide advice on employment compliance and any employment disputes.
  • Provide employment legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to advise on new solutions for our EOR product.
  • Support the Sales team with the resolution of complex employment or contractual requests from potential or existing clients.
  • Support the HR team with the resolution of complex employment requests from existing clients or employees.

Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified legal practitioner.
  • Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience.
  • Post-qualification experience in international employment law is desired but not essential.
  • Ability to communicate and build rapport and strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Ability to deal with and resolve complex problems and relationships.
  • Strong legal research skills.
  • Detail-oriented, exercises extreme attention to detail, is thorough, accurate, organized, productive, and seeks to understand both the cause and effect of a situation.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
