Job Summary

We are seeking an intellectually curious and eager-to-learn individual to join our vibrant and innovative team at Fever España's global headquarters in Madrid, Spain. As a member of our legal team, you will work within the corporate team, reporting directly to the Lead Counsel and working closely with other Legal Counsels on corporate law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, investment agreements, and similar or ancillary transactional documentation.
  • Providing support to business teams and Management in their negotiations, from the initial analysis to execution of any transaction.
  • Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors.
  • Preparing/revising internal templates, guides, and similar knowledge management documents, and taking responsibility for document management.
  • Assisting with general corporate governance for the entire Fever España group.
  • Participating in ongoing compliance functions as required.
