About the Role

We are seeking an intellectually curious and eager-to-learn individual to join our vibrant and innovative team at FeverUp's global headquarters. As a member of our legal team, you will work within the corporate team, reporting directly to the Lead Counsel and collaborating with other Legal Counsels on corporate law matters.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team leading on all corporate matters relating to the company. You will be required to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within the legal department and across the FeverUp business, and you will advise and participate on a wide range of corporate secretarial issues, corporate transactions, co-productions, co-investments, and joint ventures.

You will be expected to work across different jurisdictions, leveraging your legal background, with ownership of projects assigned to you. This role requires autonomy, attention to detail, and drive, and you will be expected to familiarize yourself closely with FeverUp's mission and vision, structure, strategy, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on corporate transactions, including joint ventures and co-investments to support the growth of the business
  • Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement corporate secretarial issues
  • Participate in co-productions, co-investments, and joint ventures
  • Work across different jurisdictions, leveraging your legal background
