Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice on corporate and operationally relevant matters to support the growth and sustained development of Feverup.
- Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions to provide preliminary analyses of expansion opportunities for Feverup's business and possible strategies and structures.
- Identify, engage, and work with external legal advisors, PROs, and corporate services providers to support Feverup's new and existing corporate structure.
- Draft and review a range of legal and corporate documents.
- Keep up to date on key country trends (politics or key legislation) that may impact expansion into specific countries.
- Advising on general legal matters related to the company's global operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, and practice effective communication to achieve strategic priorities.
- Take responsibility for knowledge management, such as preparation/revision of templates and legal guides, and memos.
- Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions as required.
- Upskill, support, and growth of other team members.
- A barred/practising lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE (experience in Corporate Law a plus).
- A native English speaker, with fluency in another language, a plus.
- A creative and practical problem-solver, with a can-do attitude and who is piqued by facing new intellectual challenges and honing their risk assessment and management skills.
- A team-player and effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work.
- Highly organised, with an eye for detail, and a natural project manager (professionally or elsewhere in your life).
- Have experience studying or working in multiple countries, on diverse or international projects, or on international teams.
