Junior Corporate Counsel

Fever España is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Counsel to join our Legal, GRC, & Policy Department. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our Lead Counsel and other Legal Counsels on corporate law matters, advising on a variety of transactions, including joint ventures and co-investments to support the growth of our business.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team leading on all corporate matters relating to Fever España. You will be required to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within the legal department and across the Fever España business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on corporate transactions, including joint ventures and co-investments
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop and implement corporate secretarial issues
- Work across different jurisdictions, leveraging your legal background, with ownership of projects assigned to you
- Participate in the development of corporate policies and procedures
