FeverUp is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Legal Counsel to support our corporate expansion efforts worldwide. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide critical legal advice and guidance to our business leaders, ensuring seamless execution of our global expansion strategy.
As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising on corporate and operational matters. You will work closely with our Legal Director - Business & Corporate Dev to identify and mitigate legal risks, and develop strategies for successful expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting legal research and providing preliminary analyses of expansion opportunities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, including corporate documents and agreements
- Advising on corporate and operational matters, including compliance and risk management
- Identifying and engaging with external legal advisors and corporate services providers
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and communicating effectively to achieve strategic priorities
- 2-4 years of PQE in Corporate Law
- Native English speaker, with fluency in another language a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in multiple countries or on international projects a plus
