Job Description

We are seeking an intellectually curious and eager-to-learn individual to join our vibrant and innovative team at Fever's global headquarters in Madrid, Spain. As Junior Counsel, you will support mainly the French-speaking countries in Europe, reporting directly to the Lead Counsel for DACH, FR & IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to the region, advising on corporate and operationally relevant matters to support the growth of the company.
  • Draft and help commercial teams negotiate commercial agreements to support exciting productions and partnerships.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members within and without the department.
  • Work in multiple areas of the law, including learning about legislation and jurisdictions in French-speaking countries.
Requirements
  • Be a barred/practicing lawyer, with 2+ years of PQE in the legal field (corporate or law firm).
  • Have academic legal training in a French jurisdiction, and +2 PQE working with the region.
  • Native French speaker, with a command of legal English (fluency in another language is a plus).
  • Have an excellent academic record and/or experience in top-notch companies or top-tier law firms.
