Junior Legal Counsel

Fever is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Junior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic Legal, Governance, Risk and Compliance department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and defending Fever's interests in various pre-litigation disputes, litigation, and other adversarial proceedings globally.
As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to assess and manage risk, ensuring compliance with applicable local rules, laws, and cultural standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to the litigation and liability management department, as well as various business teams, on a wide range of pre-litigation disputes globally.
- Working closely with Fever's internal human resources and people management teams to ensure compliance with applicable local, national, and international legislation.
- Supporting investigation and resolution of claims arising out of Fever's Equal and Fair Workplace Policy.
- Promoting fair and objective conflict resolution to ensure just outcomes for parties involved.
- Working closely with Fever's liability and crisis management teams to assist in responding to incidents and continuously improve Fever's risk assessment and management policies and procedures.
- Assisting in responding to government audits and other regulatory inquiries.
- Coordinating and prioritizing work with external legal advisors.
- Drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents to support the work of the legal team.
About You
We are looking for a self-composed, resourceful, and highly adaptable individual with a strong background in litigation or labor and employment law. As a Junior Legal Counsel, you will possess exceptional judgment and discretion, with the ability to efficiently distill complex legal problems into succinct, clear, and actionable advice. You will also have excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
