About the Role

Fever España is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Corporate Counsel to support the company's expansion efforts worldwide. As a key member of the legal team, you will work closely with the Legal Director - Business & Corporate Dev to provide legal advice and support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and provide preliminary analyses of expansion opportunities for Fever's business and possible strategies and structures.
  • Identify, engage, and work with external legal advisors, PROs, and corporate services providers to support Fever's new and existing corporate structure.
  • Draft and review a range of legal and corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
  • Keep up to date on key country trends (politics or key legislation) that may impact expansion into specific countries.
  • Advise on general legal matters related to the company's global operations, including corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and practice effective communication to achieve strategic priorities.
  • Take responsibility for knowledge management, including preparation and revision of templates and legal guides, and memos.
  • Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions as required.
  • Upskill, support, and grow other team members.
Requirements
  • A barred/practising lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE (experience in Corporate Law a plus).
  • A native English speaker, with fluency in another language, a plus.
  • A creative and practical problem-solver, with a can-do attitude and who is piqued by facing new intellectual challenges and honing their risk assessment and management skills.
  • A team-player and effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work.
  • Highly organised, with an eye for detail, and a natural project manager (professionally or elsewhere in your life).
  • Experience studying or working in multiple countries, on diverse or international projects, or on international teams.
