Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Associate Counsel to provide legal support across all areas of our fast-paced business. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a crucial role in administering, reviewing, and drafting legal agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange for the execution of agreements, amendments, and other contractual documents.
  • Manage the electronic storage and circulation of contracts, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist with contracts and related inquiries, providing timely and effective support to production teams.
  • Draft, review, and administer all types of production-related contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and Independent Contractors agreements.
  • Work closely with production teams, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology on issues arising in production, communicating contractual risks and obligations.
  • Ensure legal policies and contracts are applied across productions on a consistent basis.
  • Prepare legal correspondence, including termination letters, extensions, and amendments.
  • Assist with the creation and drafting of documentation for existing and new policies and procedures.
  • Respond to legal inquiries, raising and escalating legal issues as necessary.
  • Track and prepare reports relating to the status of agreements and other activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law required, preferably with a Master's degree for Admission to the Bar.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house experience in the entertainment industry preferred.
  • High level of proficiency in Spanish and English.
