**About the Role**
Semrush, a global IT company, is seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our Demand Generation team. As an ABM Specialist, you will play a key role in targeting decision-makers in large organizations through digital channels to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and propose ABM and Lead generation campaigns.
- Launch and optimize campaigns with large-scale budgets through different channels.
- Measure and report paid advertising activity, including producing reports and communicating results to internal stakeholders.
- Design, launch, and analyze conducted experiments.
- Refill knowledge base with systematized best practices.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of hands-on ABM/ABX experience ideally in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years of hands-on paid acquisition/performance experience.
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization practices to maximize CVRs while achieving CPA goals.
- Working experience with ABM tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
