Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team at OpenNebula Systems. As a key member of our sales funnel, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Customer Success Program in close collaboration with our marketing, community, solutions architecture, sales, ecosystem, partners, support, and services teams.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success with our products and services. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, responsible for their overall journey, and will work closely with our internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

To excel in this role, you will need to be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the enterprise private and hybrid cloud industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer account strategies, creating long-lasting business connections, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own customer relationships for assigned accounts and take the lead in customer communication
  • Develop and execute customer account strategies in collaboration with Sales, Services, and Support teams
  • Create long-lasting business connections and build strong relationships with customers
  • Maintain client records and provide periodic updates
  • Act as the customers' liaison and facilitate efficient communication and issue resolution
  • Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos
  • Understand our products and services to ensure their adequate delivery to customers
  • Drive evaluation and feedback of new components
  • Monitor customer activity and create reports to improve customer understanding and drive business growth
  • Assist Sales in monitoring for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Support Marketing and Community with strategic plans and content contributions
