Customer Support Agent - Norwegian

Are you a native Norwegian speaker looking for a challenging and rewarding career in customer service? Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Summary:

We are a global leader in outsourcing, providing customer acquisition management, customer care, technical support, debt collection, and social media services. Our team in Lisbon is responsible for handling customer issues via email, chat, and phone, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via email, chat, and phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (C2 level)
  • Good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
  • Computer skills (basic skills mandatory, advanced skills like coding preferential)
  • Good analytic skills and logical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills
  • Proactive and quick learner, able to adapt and to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
