Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with subscribers through chat and phone to resolve their queries and issues.
  • Provide clear and concise answers to how-to questions and troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Work closely with the team to create a positive customer experience that meets our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Norwegian and excellent communication skills in English.

  • Relocation to Greece or Athens for the role.
