Cpm International Job Description:

We welcome you to a role where you can use your multilingual skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and ensure first-contact resolution
  • Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
  • Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
  • Embody the company values and act as a brand ambassador

Requirements:
  • Fluent level of Swedish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • A good understanding of Norwegian
  • High level of English (Both written and spoken)
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
