Norwegian Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via multiple communication channels
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (C2 level) and good knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)
- Computer skills and basic knowledge of software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- EU citizenship or work permit for Greece
