Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Speakit. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our subscribers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with subscribers through chat and phone to resolve their queries and issues.
  • Provide clear and concise answers to how-to questions and troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Work closely with the team to create a positive customer experience that meets our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Norwegian and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer knowledge and technical savvy.
  • Relocation to Greece or Athens for the role.
  • EU Passport holder.
