About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound requests and document relevant case information to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via various communication channels.
  • Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on both private and public channels, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Provide product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Dutch native (or Flemish) and English fluency.
  • Strong listening skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner and maintain a service-minded approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude.
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
