Job Title: Digital Sales Account Manager

SoftwareOne is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Digital Sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with SME clients, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through data-driven sales strategies
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies to secure contract renewals
  • Address and resolve post-sales issues through effective escalation management
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in selling technology products and services
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer onboarding and handling expertise
  • Escalation management proficiency
  • Request tracking and collaboration skills
  • Ability to convert business problems to technical solutions
  • Continuous learning orientation
  • Fluent in Italian and English
