Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender consultancy: Identify opportunities in public tenders, lead proposal preparation and submission, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
2. Business Development Sales: Source new leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships, build relationships with decision-makers, and attend industry events to expand the company's network.
3. Network Building Client Engagement: Develop a comprehensive network of contacts within the HR and recruitment industries, leveraging existing contacts to expand reach and influence.
4. CRM and Automation: Manage and optimize CRM use for business development and sales processes, utilizing automation tools to streamline outreach efforts and track leads.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy roles, preferably within the HR or recruitment industries.
• Specialist knowledge of public tender processes, including experience with government tenders and procurement processes.
• Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic networks, cold calling, prospecting, and building C-level relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, including automation, lead tracking, and reporting.
