Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our Customer Experience (CX) team in Norway. As SD Worx expands its Nordic operations in sunny Spain, this role presents an exciting opportunity for adaptable professionals who enjoy solving complex issues and proactively working towards customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Handle day-to-day issues at the operational level, ensuring the quality of delivery processes and routines.
  • Customer Meetings: Lead customer meetings, applying governance models with monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • SLA and Invoicing Oversight: Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and oversee invoicing processes.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, promoting our products and services according to their needs.
  • Evaluation and Escalation Point: Act as the primary escalation contact for customers, resolving issues and handling complaints effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Drive improvement activities, working closely with customers and internal teams to refine our services.
  • Service Development: Stay updated on product and service developments to continuously improve customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Service Management Knowledge: Familiarity with service management processes and governance.
  • HR/Payroll Knowledge: Experience in HR, payroll, or SaaS is a plus.
  • Cultural Fit: A strong customer-oriented attitude, excellent relationship-building skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Languages: Fluency in Norwegian/Swedish and English is essential, with excellent written and spoken language skills in both languages.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer flexible pay packages, medical insurance, and additional benefits such as transport, internet, and mobile allowances.
