We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Direct Sales to lead our sales department and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Strategy Development: Define sales objectives, design the commercial strategy at a global level, and align it with sales and company objectives.
  2. Team Management: Supervise the commercial team, manage performance, and achieve objectives.
  3. Market Analysis: Analyze the market, study its variations and competition, identify opportunities and threats, and develop new markets.
  4. Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with partners, customers, and suppliers, ensuring that their needs are met.

  6. Performance Analysis: Analyze the results of the strategy throughout the process and search for improvements.

Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience leading sales teams in the renewable energy industry.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Experience working in SCADA and control center sales, as well as SaaS products within the sector.
  3. Global Experience: Experience in opening new customers and markets at a global level.
  4. Language Skills: High level of English.
  5. Soft Skills: Great leadership and communication skills.
