Job Description

The Sales Development Manager - Key Cities Growth role is responsible for achieving double-digit growth in assigned territories through innovative sales strategies. As a key figure in commercial transformation, you will foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector. You will leverage data-driven insights to develop and execute regional business development plans, aligning internal and external systems to maximize results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve double-digit growth in assigned territories through innovative sales strategies

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Located in North Spain, this position requires a high level of English proficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent social skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a high level of organizational and creative competence.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience...)
  • Experience related to business analytics or similar
  • eCommerce experience
  • Knowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BI
