About Via: Our ClientVia is a technology-driven company transforming transportation worldwide. We aim to make a significant impact on daily commutes and the environment by operating a micro mobility service in Flanders, Belgium, in partnership with DeLijn, the Flemish public transport operator.
Job Title: Customer Support Advisor
Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our team. This role involves working closely with our Operations team to build and operate outstanding on-demand services. You will be responsible for handling customer contacts over the phone and via email, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth daily operation of our services by handling customer contacts efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer care by being proactive, solution-oriented, and empathetic in all interactions.
• Collaborate with our Operations team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Via's brand values and mission.
Requirements:
• Fluent written and spoken Flemish skills are essential, as you will interact daily with local customers in Flanders, Belgium, and DeLijn (Flemish public transport operator).
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English are also required.
• Relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment, is necessary.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage stress in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of 12,820€ gross per year and a permanent contract with a 1-month probation period.
