About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Customer Experience Development Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members and contribute to the development of our customer experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Customer Experience team and contribute to the development of customer experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer experience projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain or Economics.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
