The Role
We're seeking a talented Guest Experience Specialist to join our Ukio team in Barcelona. As the voice of our company, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Your fluency in English and Spanish will be vital in raising the bar on Ukio's service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide information on amenities and local attractions and arrange additional services as needed
- Address guest issues and emergencies with empathy and effective problem-solving skills
- Encourage and monitor guest reviews and feedback
- Foster relationships with stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and communications
- Coordinate with various departments for a seamless guest experience
About You
Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar guest-facing role is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction are all vital qualities for this role.
